# Resources the agent sends on WhatsApp

> Upload photos, PDFs, audio, videos, links or text your agent sends to the customer at the right moment, with a rule for when to send them, albums and send hours.

**📎 Resources** are files and links your agent **sends to the customer** during the conversation: a property's fact sheet, photos, a walkthrough video, the requirements PDF. For each resource you write a rule — "When to send this resource" — and the agent sends it when the conversation reaches that moment. Unlike [Memory](/agent/knowledge), here the customer does receive the file.

## Add a resource

### Open "📎 Resources"
    In your agent's settings, inside the **📚 Knowledge** group.
### Click "Add resources"
    Pick the type: "Add links", "Add files" or "Add text snippet".
### Write "When to send this resource"
    It is required. For example: "When the customer asks for the price list" or "When they ask about
    the amenities at Torre Norte".
### Save the resource
    It is created right away. Each resource has a switch to turn it on or off.

## Albums and send hours

When editing a resource ("Edit resource") you can set:

- **Album** — give several files the same album so they are sent together behind one rule. "Order within the album" sets the order; the album uses the rule of the file that comes first.
- **Send hours** — with "Only send within set hours", if the resource is triggered outside those hours the agent answers with text and schedules the file for the next window.

  Links are saved with `https://` even if you leave it out. If you want the agent to share a
  property's page, a link is lighter than a PDF.
