# Properties and public listing sheet

> Load your agency's property catalog so the AI agent offers it on WhatsApp and shares a public sheet with photos, specs and your agent's contact card.

Source: https://docs.watsi.ai/en/crm/properties

**Properties is your agency's catalog inside watsi: you load each listing with price, photos and specs, and the AI agent offers it on WhatsApp and shares its public sheet — a page with the gallery, the property's details and your agent's contact card.** You can have up to 200 properties per workspace. The section shows up in workspaces set up as real-estate agencies.

## Add a property

### Open Properties
In the sidebar, open **Properties** and click **Add property**.
### Fill in the main details
**Name**, **Price**, **Currency**, **Listing link** (the original listing, if you have one) and
    **Description**.
### Complete the spec sheet
Code, operation type (sale, rent or both), status, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking spaces, built
area and lot size in m², year built, location, development or tower, and amenities.
### Upload photos and floor plan
Up to 20 photos; the first one is the **Cover**. The **Floor plan** is optional.
### Add FAQs and agents
In **Frequently asked questions** you can use **Generate with AI** (after saving the property).
In **Assigned advisors** you choose who appears on the public sheet; only an admin can change
    it.
### Save
Click **Save property**. The data feeds the agent and the [Quote builder](/quotes/overview).

### Status and visibility

- Status: **Published**, **Reserved**, **Sold** or **Rented**.
- **Mark as sold** stops sharing its public sheet; **Publish again** turns it back on.
- **Hidden from the agent**: the agent doesn't mention or offer it and its sheet stops opening, but it stays in the catalog and the quote builder.
- **Refresh from listing** re-reads the original listing to update the details.

## The public sheet

Every published property has a page the agent shares on WhatsApp. Use **Open public sheet** or **Copy public link**; the link includes the team member sharing it.

The sheet shows the photo gallery, the spec sheet, the **Your agent** card with their WhatsApp and email, the floor plan, the FAQs and two buttons, **I want to reserve this property** and **I have questions about this property**, which open WhatsApp with that message and the property code so the conversation continues with your agent.

> **Note**
The sheet only opens if the property is **Published** and not hidden. It is not indexed by search
  engines.

## Limits

| Limit | Value |
| ------------------------ | ----------------------------- |

| Photos per property | 20 |

## EasyBroker

> **Warning**
**Pilot.** The EasyBroker sync is only active in workspaces that watsi enables it for.

Synced properties carry the **EasyBroker** badge. Their name, price, status and listing details are edited in EasyBroker and arrive on their own; in watsi you can change the agents, add your own photos (shown after EasyBroker's, up to 20 in total), the description, the FAQs and the floor plan.

## FAQ

### How many properties can I load into watsi?

Up to 200 properties per workspace, with up to 20 photos each (PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF of 5 MB max).

### Does the AI agent share properties on WhatsApp?

Yes. The agent offers the published properties in your catalog and shares the link to their public sheet. If you mark a property "Hidden from the agent" or mark it as sold, it stops offering it and its sheet stops opening.

### Does watsi integrate with EasyBroker?

The EasyBroker sync is in pilot and only workspaces that watsi enables it for have it. Synced properties bring their name, price, status and listing details from EasyBroker.
