# Booking page

> Share a link so your customers book on their own with you or for an appointment type, what the booking page looks like and how to embed it in your website.

**The booking page is a public link where your customers pick a time and book on their own, without going through the chat: they can book with you, for an appointment type or with a specific person for an appointment type.** It respects the same schedules, blocks and notice the AI agent uses, and the appointment lands in your calendar like any other.

## Share your link

In **Calendars**, use **Share your calendar** to copy your personal link. There are three link shapes:

| Link                                         | What it's for                                  |
| -------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------- |
| `watsi.ai/book/<company>/<person>`           | Book with you (or a team member)               |
| `watsi.ai/book/<company>/appointment/<type>` | Book an appointment type, with whoever is free |
| `watsi.ai/book/<company>/<type>/<person>` | Book an appointment type with one person |

> **Warning**
  If a person has no appointment type assigned, nobody can book from their link. Check the members
  of each [appointment type](/scheduling/appointment-types).

## What your customer sees

### Pick a time
    They see the available times in their time zone (they can change it). Some times may show
    scarcity tags such as "last one" or "few left".
### Fill in their details
    Name, email and WhatsApp are required; the website is optional.
### Confirm
    They click **Confirm Booking** and see that the booking is confirmed. They get the email
    confirmation and, if the type has one, the WhatsApp message.

Appointment types marked **Staff only** don't show on the public page. With **Scarcity mode** on in your availability, your link shows only 3 time slots.

## Embed it in your website

Booking pages can be shown inside your site (Wix, WordPress or another) with an `iframe`:

```html
<iframe
  src="https://watsi.ai/book/<company>/appointment/<type>"
  width="100%"
  height="720"
  style="border: 0"
></iframe>
```
