**Video calls gathers in one list the Google Meet calls in your workspace that the meeting assistant joined, with their client, summary, transcript and a link to the chat. It also shows the appointments ahead, so you can decide which ones it joins.**

> **Note**
The page appears in the menu only if your workspace has the meeting assistant turned on.

## Who sees what

You see a call if you can see its contact. Owners, admins and roles with access to all conversations see the whole team's. An advisor sees the calls of their contacts and of the contacts they observe.

## Find a call

The list is grouped by day. Each row shows the title, client, time, duration, advisor and status.

| Filter | What it does |
| ----------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Search | Searches by title, client, phone, email or words said on the call |
| **Only my calls** | Keeps only the appointments assigned to you |
| Advisor | Filters by one or more team members |
| Appointment type | Filters by type, for example "Virtual visit" |
| Stage | Filters by the funnel stage the chat is in |
| Time | Last hour, last 24 hours, this week, last month, last year or a range |
| Result | With transcript, no transcript or in progress |

Filters are kept in the page's address, so you can share the link with the filters on.

## Review a call

Open a row to see:

- **Summary and next steps.** AI-generated, and they can contain mistakes.
- **Who talked.** The share of the time each person spoke.
- **Transcript.** You can search inside it, copy it or download it as `.txt`.
- **Go to chat.** Opens the conversation with that client.

If a call has no transcript, the page explains why and what to do. For example, if nobody admitted the assistant to the meeting.

## Choose which meetings the assistant joins

Switch from **Past** to **Upcoming** to see the appointments ahead, grouped by day. Each one has a switch that says whether the assistant will join.

- **Who can change it:** the person assigned to the appointment, or a role that can edit any calendar event.
- **Until when:** until the assistant starts joining the meeting. After that it can no longer be changed, and the switch is disabled.

To set the rule for the whole workspace, open the gear at the top right. Owners, admins and roles with that permission see it.

| Option | What it does |
| ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------ |
| All | Joins every appointment on Google Meet. This is the default |
| Specific meetings | Joins only appointments of the types and advisors you choose |
| None | Doesn't join, except where you turn it on by hand |

If you choose both types and advisors, an appointment has to match both. What you change on one appointment takes priority over this rule.
