Quick messages are saved texts that appear as buttons above the composer; one click inserts the text into the chat, you adjust it if needed and send it. They're for what you type over and over: your email, your phone, the office address or the requirements to reserve a property. They're yours: they follow you on any device you sign in on.
Use a quick message
Click the message's button above the composer. The text is inserted into the composer — it isn't sent on its own — so you can edit it before sending.
watsi comes with two to start: email and phone.
Quick messages are hidden while the WhatsApp 24-hour window is closed; at that point you can only send a template.
Create and manage your messages
- 1
Open the list
In the composer, open More actions and choose Quick messages.
- 2
Create one
Click Create new message. Give it a short title (2 words max — it's what you'll see on the button) and the content (up to 300 characters).
- 3
Choose which ones show
From the same list you control which ones appear above the composer: hiding a message removes it from view without deleting it, and deleting it removes it for good.
