Your catalog is what the agent recommends and quotes: each product or property with its price, status, description and link. With an up-to-date catalog the agent answers "how much is it?" with your real price and knows where your prices start. In most accounts it is in the agent's 📦 Products tab; in real estate accounts, in Properties.
Real estate agencies: Properties
If yours is a real estate account, your catalog lives in Properties, in the side menu, and the Products tab does not appear in the agent: the agent uses your properties directly. The property catalog holds up to 200 properties.
Add a product
- 1
Open "📦 Products"
In your agent's settings, inside the 📚 Knowledge group.
- 2
Click "Add product"
Fill in Name, Price and Description (required) and, if you like, Currency, Frequency, Stock, Status, Link and an image.
- 3
Save
Confirm with "Add product" and then click "Save". See Versions and publishing.
If saving shows "Catalog changes applied live. The agent is already using them.", your catalog is read live: the change is already active without publishing a version.
| Field | Options or limit |
|---|---|
| Currency | USD or MXN |
| Frequency | Unit · Monthly · Yearly |
| Status | Available · Reserved · Sold · Unavailable |
| Image | PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF, up to 5 MB |
When editing a product you can turn on "Hidden from the agent": the agent does not mention or offer it, but it stays in your catalog and in the quote builder.
Import from CSV
- 1
Click "Import from CSV"
It accepts.csv,.tsvor.txtfiles. - 2
Review the columns
In the preview you set which column is Name, Price, Currency, Description, Link and Image. If no name column is detected, it tells you.
- 3
Confirm "Import N products"
Images in the import also have a 5 MB limit.
- If a product in the CSV has the same name as an existing one (ignoring case, spaces and accents), it is updated instead of duplicated. - An empty cell never erases a value you already had. - The import does not change the stock or status of your products.
How the agent uses the catalog
- It recommends and quotes only with products it can offer; those hidden from the agent are left out.
- It knows where your prices start (the "from" price), so it can answer ranges without making things up. Products with a price of 0 or no valid price do not count.
- It sees all of each product's data, not just the name and price.
To stop the agent from giving prices, or to add conditions to every quote, use Hard rules.
