The quote builder puts together quotes with your products or properties, prices, discounts and a payment plan, and sends them to the customer on WhatsApp or by email as a link with its PDF. Each quote has a status — draft, sent, accepted, reserved, closed, cancelled or expired — so you know where every sale stands, and the collections section tracks installments and payments.
The quote builder is being redesigned. Some screens and names may change over the coming weeks; this guide describes the current flow.
Create a quote
- 1
Open Quotes
In the sidebar, open Quotes and create a new quote. - 2
Fill in the sections
Contact, Products, Pricing & discounts and Payment plan. If your role allows it, also Tax details and Contract (in the simple editor they sit under Advanced options). Changes save automatically.
- 3
Send it
Click Send quote and choose Send by WhatsApp, Send by email or Freeze and copy link. Sending freezes the quote and delivers it in one step.
Use Download PDF to keep the file at hand. The prices of your properties feed the quote builder.
If the WhatsApp 24-hour window has closed, sending on WhatsApp requires a Meta-approved quote template.
Track the status
The list filters by active, drafts, sent, expiring soon, expired, accepted, reserved, closed, cancelled and all, and you can search by reference number, customer or unit.
From each quote you can mark it accepted, reserve the unit, mark it closed, cancel it, duplicate it or copy its link. For an expired quote you record how it ended: won or lost. Prepare contract generates the contract from your templates.
What your customer sees
The link opens a page with the products, the payment plan, subtotal, discounts, taxes, total, validity and the PDF, in your workspace's customer-facing language. It has two buttons: Pay now (bank transfer or payment link) and Talk to an advisor, which opens WhatsApp with their agent. If the quote is cancelled, closed or expired, a notice shows instead.
Quote settings
In workspace settings, Quotes has four tabs: Sales schemes (fixed amounts, percentages, installments and final payment), Signature and legal note, Payment methods and Contract templates (.docx files of up to 10 MB).
