The Funnel view in Contacts is a board with one column per stage of your agent's funnel; each card is a lead, and you drag it to change its stage. The AI agent also moves leads on its own as the conversation progresses. From the board you can also decide what happens to chats that enter a stage: whether the agent keeps replying, which status the chat gets and whether a conversion event is sent.
Open the board
In Contacts, switch to the Funnel view. The first column, No stage, groups contacts that don't have a stage yet; then come the funnel stages of the selected agent.
If you see "Configure your funnel stages in agent settings to use the board.", your agent has no stages yet. Create them in the Funnel tab of the agent's settings.
Move a lead to another stage
Drag the card to another column. watsi moves that contact's most recent conversation and confirms with "Moved to …".
To find cards, use search and the channel (Chats), date and advisor filters.
What happens when a chat enters a stage
Each column has its own settings:
- Enable agent for the entire stage — turns the agent on or off for every conversation in that column at once.
- Auto agent — decides whether chats entering the stage get the agent turned on or off.
- Chat status — marks entering chats automatically (for example, as resolved).
- Conversion event (Meta) — marks Meta Lead Ads contacts entering the stage as quality leads and sends the event to your Meta account. Requires Meta Marketing connected in Integrations.
- Conversion event (Google Ads) — notifies Google Ads when a contact who came from a Google ad enters the stage. Requires Google Ads connected and configured.
Sending conversions to Google Ads may show as "not available yet" in your workspace; your settings are kept for when it is enabled.
