The watsi app for iPhone and Android lets you work from your phone: reply to chats, check your schedule, ask the Assistant and get push alerts about new prospects and appointments. It's the same account you use on the web — sign in and everything is where you left it — so you can be showing a property and still keep up with your conversations.
Download the app
- iPhone: download on the App Store.
- Android: get it on Google Play.
You can also scan the QR code in the last step of the activation wizard: it takes you to your phone's store.
Sign in with your email and password, with Google or with Apple. The app uses your phone's language (Spanish or English).
What's included
| Tab | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Assistant | Ask watsi about your business. From here you open your notifications (bell) and settings (gear). |
| Chats | Your WhatsApp and other channel conversations: reply, assign and follow up. |
| Calendar | Your booked appointments and visits. |
| Ads | Your ads and, with the house button, your properties. It shows up depending on your account's features. |
In Settings you'll find your Team, your Contacts, Conversation usage and My plan.
My plan in the app is view-only. To change plans, open watsi on the web. See Usage and top-ups.
Push notifications
The app sends push notifications about what needs your attention: new messages, assigned prospects, booked appointments and reminders, among others. New messages arrive shaped as a conversation. What you mark as seen or read in the app stays that way on the web.
To get them, stay signed in on your phone. Which alerts you get by push is decided by admins in Notifications.
