Activating your watsi account takes three steps: Pick your plan, Connect your WhatsApp! and Get the app. You don't have to build the AI agent: a watsi specialist puts it together from the call we had with you. You only do what nobody else can do for you — pay, connect your number and have the app on your phone — and the rest arrives ready.

Pick your plan
Choose Plus or Pro. If you want our team to create and launch your Meta ads every month, turn on Include ads. If you have a discount code, type it in Have a code?. Accept the terms and conditions and click Pay: checkout opens in another tab ("We opened checkout in another tab. Finish there — we will wait here."). When you see Payment confirmed. You can continue., move on to the next step.

Connect your WhatsApp!
Choose how to connect your number — Coexistence if you want to keep using the WhatsApp Business app on your phone, or Cloud API for a new number just for watsi — and click Connect WhatsApp. The step is complete as soon as you see Connected number; if you chose Coexistence, your history keeps importing in the background.

Get the app
Scan the QR code with your phone (Scan to download) or, if you're already on your phone, use the App Store or Google Play buttons. It's the same account: sign in and everything is where you left it. Click Go to my dashboard to finish.

Skip a step
The plan and WhatsApp steps have Skip for now. Skipping saves nothing: the step stays pending and you can come back to it. The app step can't be skipped; Go to my dashboard is always available.
While we prepare your agent
A watsi specialist builds your agent from what you told us on the sales call and publishes it for you. Meanwhile, on the agents page you'll see Your agent is being prepared ("We'll let you know as soon as it's ready.").
If you connected your number with Coexistence, the WhatsApp step says "Your conversations are in. As soon as your agent is ready you can choose which chats it replies to." Once the agent is published, watsi shows you the window to choose which chats it answers. More in Import your history.
We also invite your team based on the call. If you want to add someone else, do it from Members & roles.
