watsi's command menu opens with ⌘K (on Mac) or Ctrl+K (on Windows). From there you assign a conversation, resolve it, move it to another stage, create a contact, go to any page or search for a contact or a message, without touching the mouse. And in My commands you turn the steps you repeat every day — for example, resolve and go back to the inbox — into a single command.
Keyboard shortcuts
| Shortcut | What it does |
|---|---|
| ⌘K / Ctrl+K | Opens the command menu |
| ⌘/ / Ctrl+/ | Shows every keyboard shortcut |
| ⌘I / Ctrl+I | New internal note in the open conversation |
Inside the menu, move with the arrow keys, pick with Enter and close (or go back one step) with Esc. Commands ending in "…" open a second step to pick a value, such as who to assign.

My commands
My commands saves a sequence of steps you already do by hand — resolve, move stage, assign — and runs all of them from ⌘K. Everyone has their own: nobody else on the team sees your commands.
- 1
Open My commands
Go to Settings → My commands, or type "Create command" in ⌘K.
- 2
Create the command
Click New command and give it a Name (for example, "Close as VIP"). If you want a starting point, use Start from an example.
- 3
Add the steps
Under Steps, use Add a step… and pick commands from the menu. The ones that need a value, such as assigning, stage or status, ask you to pick it. A command can hold up to 20 steps.
- 4
Save it and use it
Click Save command. From then on it shows up in ⌘K, in the My commands section.
A command's steps run in order and can't be undone. If one fails, the command stops there and tells you which step it reached.
